Dale Primus has been working with
Dream Builders now since 1988. He's a hard working guy with a great attitude.
He commuted from San Diego until his wife came up one weekend. Michele fell in love with the Mountain and a week later they were moving into their new home!

Jay Whyte
AKA McGuyver, Jay is a Mountain Man that can really make it happen. Growing up on Palomar, he graduated from the Mountain School and learned so much from his resourceful family. Extremely creative, Jay thinks outside the box.

Pete Weisel
With a back ground as licensed contractor, it is a pleasure to have Pete working with us. He is a cabin owner on Palomar and specializes in finish carpentry. Pete is level-headed and adds balance to the jobs.

Raul Herrera
Alan met Raul over a burger at the Henshaw Grill where you'll still find him in the evenings waiting tables. Recognized as a hard worker, Raul seems to have really found his niche in construction. The rest of the crew is glad to see that he is real comfortable in high places as their climber, and are confident he'll continue to the top as a builder.
