The Mountain crafters had their hand made gifts displayed along with some of Debra Sasse's treasures from her Valley Center Gift Shop, Desert Rose. People sipped on fresh pressed mountain apple cider while deciding what size Palomar Mountain School t-shirt to buy for their Christmas gift list.

The kids had fun too, making crafts to take home for their Thanksgiving table with their family dinner. They made turkeys out of pine cones and feathers, flowerpots, drew their hand print to resemble a turkey, and decorated wooden name tags.

Thanks to John Lesac, we had a continuous play slide show with photos showing some of the beauty of  Palomar that we are all very thankful for living on this Mountain.

For many, it was the first time to be at the Girl Scout Camp. We thought we'd have plenty of room, but we filled it up quick.
The well-tended campfire gave some a chance  to spread out a little outside under the stars.
